Handicap: Salt. True to lore and superstition, Lilith cannot cross over a salt barrier.

Lilith grew up in a unassuming home with a normal family. Born into a long line of women it was her Grandmother that told her about her family's heritage for magic. Her mother thought it was all nonsense and normally dismissed the Grandmother's ramblings but Lilith paid attention and was an apt student.
When Lilith learned everything that she could from her Grandmother she started traveling and learning as much as she could. Bits here and there of different types of witchcraft, anything that would prove valuable to her and she wasn't afraid of the darker magic at all. During her travels she's pick up bits and pieces, books, trinkets and eventually amassed a collection she could open a small shop with.
With her contacts from traveling she gained some valuable sellers and vendors, at rare times, spanning realities.
Like all mortals she was vulnerable and fell in love with a guy that she thought was perfect. Upon finding him in bed with another woman her heart broke and she cursed him permanent erectile deficiency. Later that night she tried to take her own life by slitting her wrists.
Later when she woke up not only did she have a splitting headache, and a horrible mess to clean up but she was disappointed to find out she was still alive. She was never sure how or why, the cuts were definantly deep enough and she has the marks to prove it. While blacked out she had the vague notion of being saved from death by "something" and now being in it's debt. ((Can be played out later if there's any takers!))
These days she runs her shop, selling to the yokels and the real practitioners and dabbles in stuff that she probably shouldn't.
She keeps a book of quick reference spells with her at all times. It's a small leather (human) bound book.

((I don't have much in the way of resources as far as powers go but I tried to keep them normal, not over the top, and something that would be plausable for the character. If there's questions or problems, let me know.))
Componentless Spells
Burning Touch
A touch hot enough to combust flesh and other materials. Lilith's flames are pink in color and once the energy has been transfered, it burns like normal fire. Item must be touched by caster.
Wards
Magical wards are inscribed by fingertip on items or in areas such as doorways or windowsills. Crossing over the ward will trigger a shrill alarm that is dispelled with a command word. Anything over 1 cubic foot in size or weighing more than 3 pounds trigger the ward's alarm.
Glamor
Ability to cast minor appearance changes on self. No major physical changes take place only cosmetic (ie: Hair color, eye color, nail color, skin color, strait or curly hair, tattoo or scar coverup) Does not effect length of hair, height, poundage, features or clothes.
Chilling Touch
(See Burning Touch above) Opposite of the Burning Touch, this produces a severe coldness of instant frost or frostbite. The chill radius of this spell is 12 inches. Object must be touched by caster.
Flash
Bright flash of light much like a flash bang grenade but with out the bang part. Originates from casters hand.
Shocking Touch
When touched by caster, object is given an electrical jolt, much akin to a tazor zap. The level of this spell is contingent on how much energy is drained from the caster. The greater the charge, the more energy is drained.
Over Look
Gives the illusion of normal apperance, something of a cloaking field. ((out of mind/ out of sight or looking at something but not registering that it's there)) Very draining on the caster as constant concentration is needed. Noise will negate this spell.
Obscurement
Calls forth a misty vapor or fog that can reduce visibility. Takes time to form and is dependent on environmental factors (ie: wind, sun). Unless constantly called, dissipates somewhat quickly.

Sacred Circle
When cast carefully enough, this sphere prevents anything from entering. Towers and guardians must be called and the space cleansed. Spell calls for 4 candles and a circle to be drawn with either paint or chalk or something of the like. This spell takes time to cast and cannot be rushed. Circle can be either dispelled or broken if the perimeter is crossed from the inside out.
